IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

We have a minimum order of $1,000, which includes an initial consultation and/or site visit, all of the candle rentals with the LED candles, and the set-up and take down fee.

HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT?

There are two ways to guarantee we light your Sweet Southern Night! If you need more time to tie up all of the details (table count, florist, etc.), you can put down a deposit for the minimum order amount to secure your date. If you'd like to wait until you have all of your details confirmed (layout, florist, desired inventory etc.), then you can request a proposal through the Contact Form. We require a deposit received prior to any site visits or in-person meetings. Contact us to start the process!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER FOR YOUR EVENT?

In order to make sure make your desired inventory will be in stock and available, it is preferred to book as soon as possible. But, don’t hesitate to contact us even if your event is around the corner. We’ll do our best to accommodate!

DO I NEED TO SET UP THE CANDLES AT MY EVENT?

No, we have a design team that will deliver, design, and set-up all of your candle rentals on the day of your event. Depending on setup timeframes, someone may be required to turn the candles on with a remote provided by Sweet Magnolia. We will also take down and return all of your items back to Sweet Magnolia headquarters.

CAN I SEE THE INVENTORY IN PERSON?

Yes! We would love to show you our collection of candle rentals in person. Drop us your info through the Contact Form, and we’ll be in touch to schedule a day and time.

DOES SWEET MAGNOLIA TRAVEL OUT OF THE ACADIANA AREA?

Yes, we love to travel! We can certainly service your event outside of the Acadiana area.

DO YOU OFFER REAL WAX CANDLES?

After much thought and consideration, we decided to only offer premium LED candles that are made of real wax so they look, feel, and photograph like a real candle but are less liable to cause any damage. All images on our website include the LED candles that we offer. No substitutions are allowed.
